MSTP update - 6: added bridge port initialization

Added #bridge #port #initialization #routine in MSTP module. On activating the spanning tree on a port it #set s #default #value s as in CIST root bridge, IST root bridge, CIST path cost, IST path cost, etc ... on it.

Bridge CoS update - 14

Added optimizations for #port #level #priority #code #point ( #PCP ) #encoding configuration on provider bridges. This will enable to access the optimized encoding configuration entries from the agent framework. These will be used for #GET, #GETNEXT and #SET operations from the agent.

Bridge VLAN update - 5

#Hard-link ed #extended #bridge #VLAN #parameter set with #standard bridge VLAN parameter set in ethernet module. This will reduce the memory requirement for VLAN level parameters. Referencing extended bridge VLAN parameters through the standard VLAN entry.
